一、课程性质与设置目标要求

《E英语教程》是安徽师范大学皖江学院音体美艺术专业必修的基础课程， 是大学教育的重要组成部分。主要目标是帮助学生进一步完善和提高“听、说、读、写”等方面的能力。

大学英语教学是高等教育的一个有机组成部分，大学英语课程是一门非英语专业本科生的必修基础课。大学英语教学以英语语言知识、应用技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容，以外语教学理论为指导，集多种教学模式和手段于一体。其教学目标是培养学生听说读写译的综合应用能力，为今后在工作和社会交往中用英语进行口头、书面信息交流奠定基础，并增强自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养。

根据《大学英语教学指南》，大学英语的教学目标是培养学生听说读写译的综合应用能力，强调培养学生的英语听说能力。因此，本课程的重点就在于提高学生的听说技能；难点就是如何提高学生的听说能力及听说读写译的综合应用能力。

（1）需要足够的课堂时间，而现有的课时远远不够；

（2）听说需要真实的语境，而真实语境恰恰是在中国外语教学中所缺少的；

（3）本课程为综合课，听说需要花大量时间，而课时有限，要想实现既定目标，难度甚大；

（4）要想在听说方面达到大纲的既定要求，学生得在课外花大量的时间自主学习，但这给教学管理和监督带来很大难度。

通过理论教学和实践活动，达到以下课程目标：

课程目标1：培养学生听、说、读、写、译的语言技能；

课程目标2：培养学生的学习能力和学习策略；

课程目标3：深刻理解中华民族优秀传统文化；   

课程目标4：明辨西方价值观和西方文化；

课程目标5：树立正确的世界观人生观价值观。

学习本课程的要求是：（1）树立正确的世界观人生观价值观；（2）提高学生的跨文化交际能力；（3）深刻理解中华民族优秀传统文化；（4）促进学生向主动学习、自主学习、个性化学习方向发展；（5）回归传统，天下大同。

五、课程考核与评价

我国大部分高校中的大学英语教学还沿用传统的英语教学考核模式，即校内的终结性。这种考核方式只是注重学生对英语语言知识的掌握情况，对学生在读写方面水平的提高也会起到积极的促进作用，但忽略了对学生英语知识的应用能力、专业技能和文化素养的考查。

此次，通过采用过程性考核，每个学生都能感受到自己在学习上的进步。“无形的”过程考核和“有形的”结果考核相结合能发挥其功能，激发学生的学习自信心，培养学生的自主学习能力，化被动的知识接受者、任务的承担者为主动的知识追求者、任务参与者，改进教学效果。

同时，学生自我评价让学生熟悉自我，树立自信，反思和调控自己的学习过程， 促进了语言能力的不断发展。比如学生记录自己发现的一些问题、错误、进步等，从而学生在评价过程经常自我检查、自我分析、自我提高，促进了学生不断自我完善，自我改进。

这次改革是将结果考核和过程考核相结合，并倡导学生自评、互评，实现考核主体的多元化。比如，我们在平时的教学过程中开展小组模拟教学、听力、口语表达、翻译和写作，并且有些小可以让学生参与到评价中来。平时过程性考核成绩占期末总成绩的50%。

在期终的结果性考核中开展闭卷考试。考试题型为客观题，分别为判断正误、单项选择、阅读理解与完型填空。考试成绩占期末总成绩的50%。
